Rusty rear side window channels

I have a 2000 Discovery TD5 ES. All the bodywork is in excellant condition but the vertical channels on the rear side windows are rusting at the base.
I have seen this on lots of other Disco's even 2004 reg. What is the correct name for this part and are they easy to renew?:confused:
 
I have exactly the same problem on the drivers side of my 04. It looks like the upper frame is all one piece and costs about 200 from the stealer.

i had that on my old disco, which was a 2000X TD5 ES7 too!! i just removed the bottom rubber, cleaned it all up ,filled and sprayed and never came back.
 
Mine too.

That channel is welded to the top of the window frame, so I guess its not really " replacable ".

I,ll do what Darth did.
