as the title says i gota rust problem....trouble is its on the bulkhead any ideas how to repair or is it possible to buy repair panels

Looks about as mine was ( front inner wings, kick panels, headlight boxes, below battery, footwell, front outrigger, front boot floor, around boot floor and arches join, boot floor and boot sides joint (same as your pic, rear crossmember(shell and chassis) and rear body mounts) its all fairly easy to make and weld into place, just a vice and 2 bits of 2inch angle to use as large jaws and some panel beetling hammers and dollies, and don't try and make patches to exact size of hole (edges will be to thin to weld easy) hope that helps
