RRC box for S3

Hi All

I've got a stuffed up Series 3 for farm use and have a RRC gearbox in the shed. What does it entail to put the RRC box into the S3? Adapter Plate? Clutch?
The reason for the transplant is that the S3 box jumps out of 1st and 2nd and has a very bad whine. I know the RRC box that I have is still good.
I know nothing about gearboxes, so I'll have to get a mech to come out to the farm to come and help me.

What rrc box? Any way it will be more trouble than rebuilding your series box yourself

No idea what RRC box it is. I git it with my 2 door RRC.

My S3 is a 109 as per link.

Maybe I can just swap it out for a S3 box? Did the S3 ever came out with an Auto box? My wife struggles with the manual clutch, so maybe I can just upgrade to an Auto.
