Hi everyone, after a lot of looking around I have recently acquired a 1994 soft dash (300 TDI) RRC which I have always wanted and was hoping to use as a wedding car for the big day in May.
However, i have subsequently been advised that she is not in a good way - Has bad bulkhead corrossion and the rear crossmember has been replaced with the incorrect shape panel which means the tailgate hinges are barely holding, the bottom of the goalposts are not properly attached.
I would dearly love to get her back on the road but i am not a mechanic or able to undertake any work myself.
Any ideas of a low cost way to try and save her or anyone who may want to take on a project would be greatly appreciated.
