RR P38 air con

Here's a poser for all you RR techies:- My air con puts cool(ish) air out to passenger side, but hot air to drivers side. However, go round a sharpish right hand bend and a lovely gust of cold air flows to the drivers side - but not for long!
The system was re-gassed a while ago.
Any suggestions - anybody?
