Classic RR Classic - Front Lower Driving Lights/Fogs blow fuse

The lower front air dam spot/fog/driving lights on my 1992 RR Classic (Hard dash) do work for a second or two but then the fuse blows. It is the correct fuse rating for the slot but not sure why it keeps blowing. Its A6 in the dashboard fuse diagram. The spots are aftermarket but no damage and look very new (in situ when I bought the car).
Thanks for any suggestions where to look, electrics isnt my strong point!

They are driving lights & will illuminate in conjunction with full beam headlights (unless the factory spec. has been altered)
As for the problem, start by checking the connections on the lamps themselves as being low down in the spoiler they can pick up road dirt/water spray.

What amperage is the fuse?

Plenty big enough.

The word aftermarket & the fact that the lamps were installed by a PO rings alarm bells, no offence intended.
