Rough idle and multiple fault codes

Hi all, I have a 2007 tdci 2.4 puma with 65k on the clock with a full service history, i have noticed whilst sitting in traffic or at traffic lights the engine drops it’s revs to 780rpm and picks back but to around 812rpm this happen if the engine is hot or cold. I used a mate of mines Diagnostic tool and the following codes came up

P0404
P037d
P02a4
P02a0
P0606
P0100
P02a8
P029c
There is no engine management light on the dash, just wondering if anyone could give me some advice for where to start looking to solve the following issue

look through these attachments. If you can get hold of a land rover compatible diagnostics (such as nanocom) you can narrow down the possibilities (reads the last couple of code digits). (Your diagnostics is not reading the full fault code)
