Hey guys,

So seems like my driver window switch died, i couldn't close my window at all but i could lower it.
I have disassembled the switch and found it fried, couldn't make contact. Then i physically broke it so i can't install it back.

I can only find switches that are from right wheelers, i can't seem to find one used from a left wheeler. I tried three different switches from right wheelers and none of them works. Only one button is clicking.. Is it possible that these switches will not work?

Window regular is fine, i have managed to connect the regulator directly to battery do lift it back up.

It's a 4 door freelander 1, 2004 with window switches fixes on doors, not on central console.

I'd have thought the switches were the same between LHD and RHD vehicles, though possibly not.

Maybe someone can check the part numbers for them.

Basically the button with "Auto" that should lower the drivers window all the way down on RHD is on the right side of the switch and on the left side on LHD. So because of it, i would think that circuits may be swapped as well. Its weird that three switches are acting the same. So that might be the cause.
Also I've noticed on the circuit board itself has RH and LH markings So that might be another clue :)

Anyway i managed to get it to work by swapping copper connectors, micro-switches and latches from RH switch to my LH. but it's a matter of time when it will die again.
