well its the simplest thing, normally an easy job but i have tryed everything well every thing i can think of. i just trying to get the wheel nuts off

i have tryed

just trying to undo them with a breaker bar that bent thats half inch like a banana these aint cheap tools

then hit them with a hammer to try and unstick them that dint work then use another breaker bar that still dint work stuck solid

soaked them for 48 hours in wd40 that dint work still stuck solid

then heated them up with a blowtorch and then tryed it that dint work

3/4 inch breaker bar with scaffolding bar on the end bent the scaffolding bar when levered

and tryed when hot hitting them with a hammer and then trying to undo them i have done everything i can think of what else can you think of other than a nut splitter im worried if i put any more pressure on it. im going to break the studs

there is a spray you can get that freezes the steel and 'cracks' the bond they have.
you can always get some liquid nitrogen freeze the nuts and smash them off ! i would recommend getting the nuts a nice cherry red and a big bar, if that fails to loosen them get them orange and chop em off with a cold chisel.

its tourques as clarkson would say that your after.......and youve lots of em under the bonnet!
put your wrench onto the nut....and with the handle touching the floor infront or behind the wheel....slowly drive forward or reverse as needed.......this will slowly undo the buggers

that will just snap the treads

Afore resorting to worst case scenrio, take iit to Kwik Fit or similar with an air gun cus they don't use a huge amount of pressure/torque but its the constant impact pressure which does the nuts so tight. I would think that was wot they was put on with so maybe that will get them off?

I agree he MAY loosen them by using the bhp of the motor, but weighing up the pros and cons i have to say id just split the fkrs b4 he does some real damage, either to the wheel hubs or a passerby as the spanner/torque wrench hits them at 50mph....its gonna fly like a mother****er if the nut dont budge.....

will that not destroy the temper although haveing them red hot dnt help rearlly

i did say near red hot - and you didnt throw water on them to get the thermal shock did you ?

chances are the studs will need replacing anyway if you've been beating them up all day

ive done it on trucks like that before now....but they are a bigger diameter wheel...and even then we only edged forwarda just to 'crack em'....i save the boudicia charriot wheel mods for my trips through foreign lands
