So I have had the chassis welded recently, the guy who did the welding removed and replaced both rear airbags. Started up and the passenger side went to maximum pressure and was sitting 3-4 Inches higher than the drivers side.

Drove the car home and it went back to normal ride height, however the following day, started up in the morning and passenger side again went to maximum ride height and is now stuck on maximum height. On pressing the button on the dashboard the drivers side refuses to build to maximum height and the light on the dash continues to flash. Once driving I get to beeps and the light stops. No warning lights on at all other times.

I'm guessing the airbag replacements wouldnt upset the ride height? Am I right in thinking it's the ride height sensors? And can I swap them out for new 1s if I remove the negative battery lead or do they have to be celebrated. Any advice gratefully received
