RH Engine Mount Torque Setting

I was reattaching the top arm from the hydramount to the RH engine mount bracket after changing the water pump and drive belts on my 1.8 Freelander. On trying to get the two connecting bolts up to torque they both went slack, the thread had been stripped. I have purchaced another unit but I can not find the correct torque setting to assemble the new bracket to the engine block. I have looked everywhere, Haynes, Rave and any number of online manuals. Can anyone out there help as I do not want to have to do this again.
