Replacing injector seals?

Can anyone tell how to change the injector seals on a disco 2004?

Just been on the phone to Town and County and they want my years wages to do it. Any help much appriciated.

I used an offset phillips headed srewdriver with on side ground flat to lever the injectors out. Use LR seals and washers.

Pretty straightforward, make sure you dont twist the injectors when you pull them out and make sure you keep the injectors in the right order. Did mine last year when temperatures didn't go above 6c and snowing, this did speed the process up somewhat. Ideally do the job under cover.
