Hey guys. New member here. Just a general wondering and might have a go at some point.

I was readjusting the cable for the heater box the other day and a thought popped into my head. What if I replace the cable with a high torque RC servo? And for that matter any of "accessories" that use a cable, could they all be replaced with servos? Quite an interesting idea I thought.
Was wondering if anyone might have done a mod like this in their Landy?

Interesting this just been looking on ebay not to bad price wise, but taking it bit further there was a p38 heater box and matrix with all the motors would it be possible to fit one of them in ? doesn't look to big would need some modding with the pipes but flexi corrugated placky pipe is cheap and the two matrix pipes look in a reasonable position.
cheers Ian

I've seen them on ebay too look similar would need some one electricky minded to see if you would require any modding with the controls and such. Don't know if you've ever opened up the dash and seen how the original works through it? but would be easy to just run pipes through and fit to the vents. Have modded my dash so there is a center console fitted in the dash and have modded the heater in there haven't put any pics up as its on my project and haven't finished it yet so don't know how well it works.
