Replacing cylinder head gaskets on discovery 1 v8i

, my question is I've replaced head gaskets,had cylinder heads done and put all back together. Then I remembered that I had not oiled piston chambers so rather than undoing get everything again can i squirt 10ml of engine oil into each cylinder?
Your wisdom and knowledge will be greatly appreciated

Smaller quantity probably wouldn't hurt.
Might smoke a bit on initial start.
Might be of interest to take a compression reading from each cylinder then put the oil in & repeat to see if there's a significant difference.
