Freelander 1 Replacing Auxiliary belt tensioner pulley?

I cannot seem to find anything about this in the Rave manual and the Haynes manual seems to detail replacing the actual tensioner unit and not just the pulley.

The part I am on about is here

Is it a simple case of just pulling it out of the housing and pushing the new one in?

Which engine is it for? K series, TDi [L series], TD4 [BMW M47], V6?

I did this a while back. As far as I remember, you undo the small nut on the back of the tensioner then rotate it and it will unlock from the tensioner unit and you can pull it out.

Having said that...

I don't remember removing the engine mount, though.

Once you get in there it's pretty obvious - like a meccano set for Dad

Hoping I can get to that little nut without having to remove half of the engine

It's not too bad - only 8mm so easy to strip (like I did). Plenty of juice and a six-point socket called for!
