Replacement Windscreen

Was behind a cement truck on the M6 this morning on my way home after a ****ty 13hr night shift.
A stone got either flicked up from the road or came free from the trucks tyre tread and ****ted me winda. So now I got a nice big crack in me windscreen.
Luckily I can get it done through my insurance (£75 excess).
Anyone got any idea how much a new heated windscreen costs for a Disco' II? Tried Google etc, but all I get is places that want you to leave all your details and they call you back with a price.

.....and if they send that fcuking Gavin round sort me out with his "special resin injection" I'll give him a shoeing, he aint coming near me with his special fcukin' resin jections!!!!!

I know it's gonna cost more than that, but it'd be nice hand over £75 quid knowing I got, for example, £600 or £700 worth of parts & labour.

For a D1 L.Rovers price was something like £1200 and a windscreen company £800 according to a previous thread on this subject.

At least the "BANG"! woke me up a bit.
Hate the 30 min drive home after night shifts....

I'll just view it as an early christmas prezzie from Direct Line. Was scratched anyway, think the previous owner tried wiping the inside with the back of her hand, while she had a diamond ring on.

£1200, that must have been including labour.
Think I should write a thankyou letter to the cement mixer man.

I think I saw D2 heated screens listed on Rimmer Bros website. I don't recall them being that expensive, not sure though.

Just had a butchers £321.41 inc vat. Still a bargain me thinks.

under 300 from my work and thats getting it from the main dealer + fitting
