Replacement speakers in a 1993 Classic

I’ve just tried to fit some JBL GTO426e 4" Speakers into the front door of a 1993 RR Classic (the uppermost speaker) and although the speaker diameter and fixings are spot on the magnet is too large a diameter for the rebate. Can anybody suggest any speakers which might fit please?

To offer some information that may be of help to others -

We have fitted JBL GTO506ce Component Speakers - the woofer into the lower speaker location with minimal modification to the door panel and the tweeter to the triangular panel to the front of the window and JBL GTO426e 4" Speakers went straight into the locations above the hatchback with no effort at all.

If we identify a speaker for the upper door location we’ll post that info too.

Have you been into your local car audio place? They often have books stating which speakers are direct replacement for OEM ones.
