Hi all,
There was a great thread alive about a year ago with photo's of how to replace Sills on a RRC with box section. I can only find the diluted version. The actual version now has no pics. Can anyone help with a pdf or word doc that was once available?

Ordered up the box so hoping to start this week.

Scottish weather permitting :)

hi folks, thanks. started the surgery today and got the drivers sill out and all the retaining beams welded in place to stop her sagging. Just in case. New box sectin on order and due thursday. All the rot cut out, ground back and feratone applied liberly. Hopefully once dry a good coating of hammerite and / or waxoil or similar should stop any advancement. then in with the new sill and seam weld :)

It's going to be an overlander for me, the mrs and two kids. Little snug but very doable. She's only done 35k :)

Anyone know what size of pipe is used for what I presume is a fuel return that runs down the drivers side chassis leg? Looks smallish bore so assume its return line.
