I need some replacement panels for my Disco. Usual bits the rear wheel arch by the door opening, RH sill (poss LH too) and I can either patch or replace the RH front inner wheel arch.

Where's the best place to get the panels. Paddock or somewhere else?

Mine were genuine land rover as I got a good price on them but all britpart ones appear to fit the same. Done quite a few now lol.

Have a dig around the sill, you might find you are able to patch it, depending on how far the rot and corrosion has actually spread

Have fun!

YRM (i think that's what they are called) do everything you need and froggatts do all the antirust, paint, underseal etc I think the eBay user name is froggy, go to my profile, go to stats, then threads started by me, there's one there about it, Ive made my own panels and found them easy and rewarding to do (im also skint) if you have a little bit of time. I'm gonna complete my thread when I'm done and add some pics. Just remembered I had to buy britpart rear arches as YRM didn't do them. Oh and if your job ends up anything like mine expect to find much more rust, I've had to do repairs to both rear inner and outer arches, both sills, the bottoms of all 4 a and b posts, both front inner wings the battery tray, o/s headlamp box and around the alpine windows and a bit more, and I thought I would prob only have to do the sills! It's amazing what comes off when you have a good pick with the screwdriver, still it will be rust free when she's done.

yeah thats the kitchen table, dinner in the lounge on our knees the past week, I did tell her when we met it was both of us or niether lol
