So my footwells need replacing on the series. I've got some replacements and have approached some welding firms.
Question is; how long should the job take realistically. The bulk head is off the vehicle, but at the moment has the steering column still attached. I'll try and clear it away as best as possible for them.
The job is to cut the existing ones out, and attach the new ones.
Off the top of my head the body of the bulk head is pretty clear of rust and its just the recesses of the wells that are shot, but no doubt there will be some.
Any thoughts on hours for the job? Just want to make sure I dont get stiffed!
