removing radio housing from defender

Hi,

Does anyone have any guides / photos for removing the housing out of a defender 90 (on a 97 plate)

Trying to disconnect the radio, but the cables are tight as hell - and somehow need to drop the housing down.

Any instructions / guides / photos etc would be superb.
