Hi, I have diesel leaking around no.4 injector, & want to get it tested, soo bought the socket, removed spill pipe & top union nut & wire connector but haven't enough room to get socket on. Can anyone advise if I need to dis-connect high pressure pipe at FIP as well, to gain access. Also now cant re connect wire on injector, do I need to remove inlet manifold or get smaller hands?
Thanks

Take the manifold off. You should then be able to spring number four injector pipe out of way to get injector out. If you are sure it's not a spill pipe leaking it will be around the plastic where the wire goes in. New injector needed.

OK thanks, will look at taking manifold off, is that straight forward job?

Reasonably yes, just be careful you don't drop any nuts they tend to hide very well if you do. Bit of grease inside your 12 mm socket should prevent that. :);)
