no if it's hydrauliced!

you'll bend a rod or do the head

take the injectors back out and turn it over that way

Looks like it shifty, pity the ****er sold it on since... gotta find me another one! or smtg of similar... any suggestions? or ideas on how much i should be saving for a crashed hilux, 05 onwards, or smtg of the likes :(

My mate favours the 3.0L Isuzu engine. He has the engine and box from a Trooper in his 110 SIIa. Last time I was over visiting he had several engine/g-box combos tucked up in his shed. I'll ask him if he wants to sell one if you want?
The good thing with the Isuzu is that the transfer box pretty much lines up with the LR axles. You need to adjust the props a tad but its not rocket science. Not so sure about the Toyota although they are bullet proof.
If I had to ditch my Landy I'd have a Land Cruiser instead.

update: looks like ill be leaving the engine swap till the summer, going to buy a mini to keep me going in the meantime (second dream car). will do a good bit of research in the meantime as everyone ive asked said id be mad to try swap with a jap engine due to the ammt of work needed, but that wont stop me :D

in the meantime, anyone who knows stuff about buying mini's it appreciate it :D
