Removing centre console

I put this in the wrog place - sorry!

Help! I need my cigar lighter to work, for my handsfree kit and big, powerful spotlight! I've got an N reg Discovery Tdi manual. Any idea how I get the centre console out so that I can fix aforementioned cigar lighter? AND - is there a fuse on the circuit?

inside the centre console box four screws,remove then gear lever knobs and rubbers frount console screws,disconect the handbroke cable,split pin and electric window switches ect,ect then should remove easy

And the circuit is fuse protected.
