Remove heated rear window

I am about to replace the rear safari door on a 2001 CSW and would like to reuse the heated window with high level stop light.
My problem is how to remove it as it is glued in.
Thinking a thin wire like a cheese cutter but not sure if it would be a viable solution.
Any solutions ?

Or, something like this with the blade pushed way out.

Have you tried to remove a window with one? Or is it just a surgestion that it may work.

I'm on to my third rear door and my original heated glass. Mine is held in with aluminium trim screwed to the door frame with adhesive/sealant between the glass and the door seam. I haven't used a wire, just sawed through the sealant with a similar blade. The good thng aboutthem is you can push the blade right out and you end up with a long, flexible blade that will bend and slide between the glass and the frame.

+1 ^^^ the glass on mine was held in with aluminium trim and screws.

I also have the aluminium trim screwed to the frame and an adesive between glass and frame. Replacement trim and screws came with the new door.
I have purchased two Stanley knives one at 9mm wide and one at 18mm wide, not as yet started the job.
At my local tool store I have managed to have a look at his new wheels a 2018 Mclaren.
I don't know why anyone would not purchase a Defender.
