Removal of electric front headrests?

Guys just trying to put my seats covers inc head rest and arm rest covers but struggling to get the electric head rests out? Extended them fully but can't remove them. Looked in book but no joy. Any tips? Thanks again

yep, just pull hard!! they are exactly the same as the non elec. the elec bit is totally seperate from the headrest itself!!!
