Remote servo woes

Today the brakes siezed on on my swb 2a v8 , it felt like i was towing a house then when i stoped at a junction smoke was coming of the wheels, anyway i stoped to let it cool down walked round the back and the brake lights were on, so i got a 2lb land rover special tool and hit the master cylinder and remote servo, there was a load "click" from the servo and the brakes released. So i`m thinking the servo is cream crackered. What i would like to know is weather a series 3 master cylinder with the servo attached would fit? any advice would be helpfull cheers larry.

oh it will fit it just may require some modifeecation to the footwell and/or pipes

Theres nothing cruel about towing houses.

Its the sodbury sortout on april 1 think i`ll see what i can get there.
