Recovery 4x4 / BSB autoparts

Anyone bought anything from them. Placed an order about 12 days ago. Got auto response email. Waited a bit and checked by email whether they had a dispatch date and no response to either emails.


Now sure pandemic, slow parts delivery, I’m spoilt by quick delivery firms. But just wondered if I am worrying about nothing. Thanks.

Never used them, no idea who they are. Have you tried calling them ?

Have you googled them? Google reviews can be very useful.

hi finally got them to answer phone after it ringing out for ages ..... item out of stock with their supplier - website still says in stock .....

I did and all I got was links to their website, LinkedIn and articles about how the guy used to work for Bearmach .... couldn't find anything adverse

They're right by me, have used them loads, nice people to deal with.

Defenders off the road at the moment but the last time I bought something during the pandemic, I just called, told them what I wanted and picked it up straight away, shopfront was closed so you couldn't just turn up.
