Hello group just thought I'd share a couple pics of the front headliner in my defender 90 re-covered, bought some headlining at £8.50 a metre from woolies trim (4 metres enough to cover mistakes which there were) and 3 spray tins of trim fix which after using impact adhesive as a test was a godsend, the stuff sticks like the proverbial s£@t. Took off the old white sagging vinyl and cleaned foam off with the back of a Brillo pad, sprayed headliner and foam back of material and evened out as well as i could its not perfect few fingermarks where pressed too hard but its better. Couple of cheapo pioneer speakers from argos sets it all off beautifully. Got another couple of pics of rear which I'll endeavour to upload when I work out how to add another.

Looks good. Could you post where you actually bought the trim fix from pls?

I used "Stikatak" super spray adhesive for my sons headlining in his P38 and after 2 months the damn thing is sagging again, so is gonna have to be stripped off and re-done.

Awesome - as said, where was the lining and adhesive from and what exactly as it looks fab. Mine is drooping badly......:D A

The headlining material is from Woolies Trim and the adhesive is trim fix search on eBay it's red tin with grey front and some good deals on multiple tins its good for 120 degrees. One thing I would say is if cut the fabric around the edges leave a good inch all way round I did a few slits quite close to visible area of headlining just to ease pressure and as dried fabric tightened they wandered onto visible area.
