Recently purchased S3 88

Hi all,
After a gap of landy ownership of a few years I've just purchased a 1972 S3 88.
Its got a perkins prima diesel conversion in and I'm wondering if anyone here can fill in any gaps in its history which is a total blank at present.
Any information would be gratefully accepted.
Reg number FNL 388L.

Looks nice up top, not so sure about the colour and the roof colour though.

Has it got a galvanised chassis ?

Yes galvanised chassis. Also overdrive and lwb front axle with twin cylinders.
Not too worried about colour, certainly wasn't going to not purchase because of the colour, except maybe if had been pink. Also has new parabolics and shocks and a gearbox that goes into gear easily.
Just hoping I can get some more history on it.
