Before I attempt to change it and or cause more damage does anyone know if I can change the rear wiper blade without removing the spare ?
As the useless rubber monkeys broke my locking key, I'm waiting till I visit uk next month to buy replacement set.
Basically can I turn off wiper when its halfway or will it always self park ?

It might help dropping the rear window

Thanks I looked at that option but wiper sits below glass line. Was thinking if I could somehow stop wiper at top of sweep I could change it.
It's so hot here it destroys the rubber, don't want to scratch glass but as it hardly ever rains it's a non important job.

No you can't take the wiper arm off without removing the spare wheel and it's mounting bracket too.
I'm talking rubbish here^^^^. I read that you wanted to remove the arm.

If you just want to change the blade? It's easy to do without removing anything else. Just drop the rear window all the down and open the rear door. Then get to the wiper from the boot side of the door. The wiper is only clipped on, so just lift the wiper off the rubber trim enough to remove and replace it.
