Then you have to stick your tongue across the pins!
Advanced diagnostics ??
Then you have to stick your tongue across the pins!
Look at RAVE, follow the circuit, find out which colour wire on the correct plug is supposed to be live to switch wipers, insert a glass headed pin into wire, probe with multimeter.
To identify the correct plug you need access to the BECM...? To see the thing, I mean.
Edit: Also, looking at RAVE, the wash and wipe don't appear to be immediately connected (i.e. 2 different interfaces in the BECM) so with neither of them working, would it indicate an issue nearer to the BECM? Afterall, the pump isn't controlled via wiring in the rear of the car but at the front. Right?
So.. forgive me for being stupid but I can't find anything in RAVE that indicates how I go about getting access to the relays in the BECM so I can start testing..?
I don't have to remove the seat to replace/test a relay do I?
You will have to take the seat out.
SPECIFIC BeCM fault symptoms include mis-operation of headlights, door locks, electric windows, fuel filler flap, indicators, sun roof and especially rear wash/wipe. These faults may be intermittent.
Just come across this:
RANGE ROVER BODY (electrical) CONTROL MODULE (BECM or BCM) PROBLEMS PAGE
IN particular:
Rear wiper not working could just as easily be the wires broken on the stalk.Welp, the diagnostics would cost me £400 to buy.. so not sure what would be more expensive right now![]()

Remove the plastics on the column, you should, I think, find a connector, with the aid of RAVE you can meter the stalk functions. While I dig out the relevant sections in RAVE, is that easy enough/quick to remove and check?
