Freelander 1 Rear Window Trim Part Code

Hi Folks,
The rear window trim between the rising window and small quarter light on my Freelander 1 is in quite poor shape. I'm wondering if I can replace just the vertical portion, but having trouble locating the part on a few sites. Does anyone know if you can replace just this piece (And how) and what the part number might be?

I've done two window regulators and feel the newly smooth operation deserves to look the part!
