Rear Quarter Window Replacement

Hi all,
I am currently in the process of making my 110 into a camper and I am wanting to replace one of the rear quarter windows so I can put a water filler and run cables through it. Does anyone have any information on how to do this or what could be used? I was thinking a piece of hard plastic and cutting it to the same shape as the window glass - is this possible or is there something out there already existing.

Wouldnt it be better/easier to just keep the window and do the entries in the side or back of the rear panels?

If you want to use the quarter light so you are not drilling holes in the body work so it can be converted back by removing and putting a new piece of glass in I would remove the piece of class, and just make an aluminum piece the same dimensions and thickness. You can then fit it in the same way using the same seal as the glass, this has the advantage of being able to be painted to body colour and not being plastic.

I am wanting to avoid drilling holes in the body - do you have any information on the thickness of the glass in the rear window?

I do not but it is very easy to remove and refit you just need some string and lots of lube (might also need one of these if it has a filler strip: link)
