Just fitted a new rear wiper motor and checked rear washer nozzle is clear. Rear washer impeller makes the right sort of noise when activated but still nothing is coming out. Any ideas?

Put a pinhole in the line and see if it squirts? If it does you have to find the kink. While you're there you might as well refresh the tubing, since it has a hole in it now ;)

There's a little one way valve in the pipe inside the tailgate - mine was all blocked up. I just took it out & replaced it with a straight bit of tubing. It didn't actually seem to do anything much as the rear washer works perfectly well (with a few seconds delay).

I was looking at that little valve yesterday, shame I didn't check it from the in side. The tube to the outlet on the wiper arm is clear.

Took the tailgate door card back off again just now and the little one way valve was blocked. It is now a two way valve and for the first time in over 3 years of ownership I now have a rear wiper that stops in the right place and a working washer. Thanks iansoady.
