Im going to change my rear Trailing arms for a decent pair of second hand heavy duty ones.
Thay have poly bushes with them But I am missing the big triangle washer that bolts onto the chassis either side of poly bush, with 3 bolts.
Cant seem to find these for sale on there own as they come in kits.

Anyone got a couple spare that I could buy???

The ones already on look to be all one piece, could I just cut the old rubber out and put the two poly bushes in either end of my old washer plate?.
Thats if I can get it them loose in one piece as they look rusted in.
 
poly bush ones are different to std ones , std ones are glued on poly has a step on bush and large hole, though if you can mae an accurate large hole no reason you can make one from old or afresh
 
Goint to try and use my old ones.
Problem is getting them off.
These photos are not of mine but mine are very similar to these. Cant get a socket on, nuts very rusted although ive been spraying them the last few nights.
Any ideas of the best way to get them off, to save the washer plate???

Not much room to get at the bolts, with grinder, knowing me I will damage somthing, might cut away some of the rubber and try a socket on first, if not will borrow a grinder and have a go,
 
I advise buying standard replacements/OEM equivelent.
I just obliterated one of my polybushes last weekend, got another set of standard bushes for about £20 as never had any trouble with them. Polys where less than a year old and where predominantly used on road. I'm using cranked trailing arms - not sure that is make a difference though...
But I'm sure some people will say differently! :)

I recently just changed all my old bushes to poly(with thanks to busters guides). My trailing arm bush was also swelled like the picture. I used a socket and mole grips to undo the bolts. I couldn't fit the mole grips on the top nut, so hammered the socket on and put the grips on the bolt head. Hope that helps.
 
Are the bolts an odd size? cant seem to find a spanner/ socket to fit mine. Knowing my luck it will be the only one I havnt got.
