Rear Tailgate window stuck down after cable replacement

I have a 2000 Freelander and replaced two broken cables on my rear window tailgate using the E-crofting kit from Ebay. Tested window and the window went down but will not go up. What's the fix at this point?

remove and replace a battery lead and then recalibrate.

hi i have a 2001 td4 5 door freelander and i replaced thetailgate window wires and put it back together and it went down by its self and wont go back up and it beeps when i press the button eny1 help
