rear suspension

hi alli have a disco 2 and want to know how hard is it to change the rear suspension fromair bags to springs by doing it myself im not an expert with spanners but im also not stupid either also how much would it cost to get the ecu changed thanks

Changing to coils from air is pretty easy, the biggest issue is being safe and keeping the body/chassis supported properly while you are underneath.

It's all nuts and bolts, there are kits on fleabay.

Whatever you do, don't take short cuts with the jacks and stands, it's your neck on the block if it collapses while you are under it.

The SLABS ECU will need a dealer to set it for coils.
