Well the saga continues, new pipe work in place no leaks so now fitted a full re-seal kit. Had to get a new compressor as the other one had lost pressure so all back together and now the drivers side drops but the off side stays up. Checked for leaks with a spray of soapy water but cannot see any bubbles, this is driving me mad. So I will be at it again later.

Hi Wammers, found them, just quick question would it do any harm to the system if I put a few drops of food coloring in the rear pipes to see if I could find the leak in either the pipes or bags. Just a thought but I thought I'd ask the expert. E.G. you.
Are you going to eat them? Don't put anything in the lines !!! If the leak is "better" after changing the valve block then I would guess that the valve block needs fettling or the pipes have been leaking where they enter the v/block. You can cut them back a small ammount and champher the end with a pencil sharpener. If you are replacing the pipe collets then make sure you have two o rings behind them.

That was the coffee and cigars stage. We're now in a cab on the way home with a stomach like a tumble-dryer and it is about to get messy.
Lucky you, hope that's down and dirty not throwing up messy;) I'd just come in after a stressful day working on the black one (car that is).Following wiring from the fuel pump (thanks for the phone support Tony), found that the new pump, fitted in Janurary, was gummed up and corroded. I put it down to contaminated fuel.:( Managed to strip it down and get it working:D:D

That's £70 saved. Maybe the engine was running a bit rough and they put something in the tank?

A few moth balls were good for raising octane rating of crap petrol. They also killed any moths present. No longer available in EU. Ebay have them though. :D:D:D

Well the car is booked into a RR garage, not a full RR garage to get this sorted so it gets dropped off tomorrow night. Lets hope it won't take long to get back, as I think I've gone valve blind with trying to sort this problem out. At least I know I'll have a guarantee with getting it done this way.

As long as your RR Garage understand the EAS, and don't simply try to sell you parts. Otherwise, if the car can make it to Langley (only 25miles), then I could take a look at the EAS for you one weekend. Cylinder head leak down tester is great for bench testing the valve block for leaks.

The car is now in the garage, so hopefully they will put it right. Many Thanks for the offer I'll keep that in mind you never know I may bump into you at some point as I have a few mates that live over that way.

Well the cars now repaired and is running lovely, took the Terrafurma shockers of and put RR one's back on and she is floating again. The problem was the drive pack at fault, it was sending out the wrong signal to the valve block. So £600 to put the air suspension and fix the air con , not a bad price I think. So that's the car ready for my hols. A big Thanks to All you guys who give me the help.
