grease thinned with petrol works well......work it in as best you can and go for a drive on a nice bumpy road then do it again.......the petrol evaporates leaving the grease behind

spraying will only work if they are in reasonable cond to start with.
if they are siezed it wont do much.
i took mine off, seperated them all, scraped/sanded the rust off and greased, made a huge difference and saved me the price of the parabolicks i was going to buy.

mine now have semi permanent leans after series of same direction bends, i am not so sure about the interleaf greasing method.
question to all: if ford and LDV could do single leaf rear springs on one ton plus vehicles, why can't land rover or their suppliers?
one leaf is a perfect solution, just get working dampers!
