Hi,

I've noticed today that after my last off road day out both my rear springs are dislocated out of their top mount. Is this normal? I thought you only got this when you have lifted suspension. Mine is std ride height.

I've got a set of flatdog standard height and standard weight springs.

Normal? I might get a set of dislocation cones on order.... :p

All are about the same to fit.

You've got 2 options with mounting them, top or bottom. Whichever you choose spring is attached other end.

Terrafirma cones are quite good. I got some off eBay that really were HD/ good quality. I'll have a search and post it here.

Axle mounted, they make less of a mess when relocating.
I had top & all the banging was getting on my wick, made them fit the axle & no noise now.

I have used the Terrafirma ones (that we sell, so i would wouldn't I) and the banging is usually caused by them not being aligned dead centre to the chassis mount and pay attention to where the end tail of the spring is orientated to make sure that the tail goes close to one of the ribs as it sits back, i had this noise at first and with a bit of tweaking the springs slide in and out without any banging and the terrafirma stuff is nice and beefy!
