Rear seat belt retainers - kinda urgent

On the hunt for two rear seat belt retainers, the part the belt clips into. Centre on is fine but the outer two are falling apart.

Taking the kids camping from Sunday, so need replacements pretty urgently, or else advice on if this is fixable. Either that or I'm off to the scrappie.

the plastic cover is only cosmetic.. as long as the belt locks into the receiver they are fine..

cover on mine fell apart on rears.. probably got trapped then when seats folded up or down..

i used black insulation tape.. wrapped neatly its not even noticable....
 
Suprisingly they do lock into place but the need a good firm push. They look Fubar'd. Not too happy to live with them like that but perhaps with time constraints in mind I'll have to live with it till I get back. Cheers Nick.
