Rear light cluster how to remove it

I have a Discovery 5 which is just out of warranty and noticed that the rear light cluster (side one) that has the indicator in has water in? No variable signs of cracks or anything. How do I remove the cluster please?

I have taken the plastic off just inside the boot edge but there is no screws holding it in?

Hammer and chisel?
Does it not say in the handbook? How are bulbs replaced?

Bit of sellotape near the bottom...drill a 2mm hole...water will find its own way out!
