Rear doorlock actuator slow

Hi-My 1998 Disco es rear doorlock actuator goes down very slow if not used for a day or two (new 12 months or more ago)the others go down quick.anyone got any idea why this is?
The old actuator had a burnt out motor,could I have got a similar motor from Maplins?

there always seems to be one door any disco with the same problem... my passenger doors the slow one... WD40 Helped. but didnt cure it.
