Rear door wont unlock

Hi guys Freelander 1 rear side door wont unlock with key fob but will lock with fob.It unlocks with inside and outside handles also.Child lock is off.
Can anyone help please before I start to rip the door apart.

It sounds like it needs a new actuator. They do fail quite often.
