Rear Door Check Stay

The pivot pin (attached to rear cross member) has sheared off due some over zealous opening of the door from my son

Can anyone please tell me what the correct part no's for the necessary parts are or confirm what I've been told ... that I need the following (see pics) and a couple of suitable washers.

are these the same for a Discovery 2 04 , mine looks as if it has sheared , as i cant see the reses for the circlip on mine.
The retaining bar keeps slipping off the top, looks like i need a new pin & circlip ???

Same as what's happened on mine, I found these parts here, which state's it fit's the D2 as well.
