Rear crankshaft seal / quickest way

Hi, I have a bad leak from rear crankshaft seal, oil running from hole at bottom of flywheel housing.

Question is , what is the easiest/quickest way to replace it. The engine is a 2.5td 19j.

remove gearbox or engine and replace with a new seal??

Have to just get and do it wont you.
