rear crank oil seal

can anyone talk me through fitting the rear crankshaft oil seal (with pics if poss.) I've done a search and I've looked on other forums and, unless I am a bit thick, I can't for the life of me work out how to do it.
do you fit it in the clutch housing first? and where does the plastic sleeve come in? is this some kind of fitting aid?

you fit seal in fly wheel housing then fit over crank using sleeve,you need to be careful fitting seal with a some form of tool to knock in square as they are not very strong ,the guide is there so you dont damage seal as they dont like been worked over crank with screw driver or such

Absolutely only use a genuine seal!!!!! About £25 v £13, but you don't want to do that job again in 500 miles!

I have only found genuine part for £50... where is it £25?

I'm pretty convinced that the words 'genuine', and 'britpart' shouldn't be residing in the same universe, let alone sentence...

britpart are a wholesaler they set up suppling the mod with genuine lr parts and branched out they still sell some of the cheapest priced genuine and oe parts ,but do also sell some cheap **** parts but they usually have a choice of genuine or oe branded or cheap **** pattern ,a dowty seal from britpart is the same as dowty from lr ,they do err2532 pattern for less than £2 but choice is yours as there genuine aint that dear

Oil Seal (ERR2532G) For Sale At Brookwells Land Rover Parts

Here at brookwells, and I could bore with all the other places I have found it similarly priced,
My question is that one on ebay reckons its gen, but how come its so cheap?
Should I got for the Brookwells part as it looks like its genuine.
I am confused

some suppliers quotes britpart as oem mate.

got a couple of bits t'other day for the 90 and asked about oem to be told yes sir everything we sell is oem. Opened my parcel to find a ****part box in there with everything else....

I had that buying brake seals, seller said they were gen, turn up and they were ****part, so I bent them, moaned that they turned up damaged and got me money back

Little bit cnutish but he lied to me and they were sent in a plastic bag whadya spect
