Arse!
I think my rear axle is 300tdi but seem to remember range rover for some reason, I need discs, callipers and pads. Does anyone know when and how they changed rear brake fitments? Its a fix at week end thing so cant have it off the road, I need to strip down and replace same day.

Would I be right in saying STC1265 would be the correct caliper?

How can you tell? Its a bit of a triggers broom this one, the axles are on a 300 chassis but its been chopped and changed over the years.

So I crossed referenced the Lockheed part number on the calipers 3242-292c , it seems they are disco1 and RRC, so I should be good to go with rtc5889 and rtc5890 @jamesmartin ?

yours are disco rrc early too as imperial bolts ie hex head not bihex like metric , the hole diameters are different so you shouldnt use metric calipers with imperial bolts

So its just the mounting bolt hole diameter that is different? Pads , fitting kits etc should be the same?
