Rear brake cylinders

Hi,

I am about to renew the rear break pipes as part of the MOT failures, without removing the hub, anyone know which type I need as have been to a couple of sites and there are a couple of different ones?

Sorry should have said, it's a 2002

so is it the brake pipes your after or the wheel cylinders?

your chassis will be 1A000001 onwards

Just the wheel cylinders, already got brake pipes, thanks for the info, that chassis no are the more expensive ones

On another note how much brake fluid am I going to need to buy to bleed brakes?

Rear brakes only, half a litre. About a litre to change all the fluid.

When removing the brake pipe, do I just unscrew them? Or will fluid just pour out?

it will drain system unless you clamp a flexi or bung pipe up as soon as removed,meaning you have to bleed full system rather than the one caliper or cylinder
